What Do You Like To Do When You Have Free Time?

I love spending time with my son Sebastian and my wife Carisa going on adventures and sharing great food. During summer you can find me on a boat in the Wharf.

Having begun his real estate career in 2006, German developed a real passion for the field by carefully studying the local housing market and becoming familiar with trends in the industry. German has lived locally in the DC Metro area for over 25 years and currently lives in North Bethesda, Maryland with his fiance. As part of the RLAH team, seeing his clients satisfied with the purchase/sale of their home is what motivates him and allows him to sustain his passion for real estate.

What Do You Like To Do When You Have Free Time?

I love spending quality time with my newborn son, Mathias Aram, and my wife Nora and traveling the world. 

Jessica was born in Lima, Peru, and came to the Washington DC area in the late 1980s. She absolutely fell in love with the area and has lived in the US for more than 30 years. Service and communication (She’s bilingual) have been important pillars of her professional life. This, along with her understanding of people’s needs and being a problem solver have prepared her well for a life in real estate. She also worked for a few years as a reporter at Spanish-language newspapers in the area and also has some on-air television experience for a local cable news program.

Marko’s passion for Real Estate begun when he was a child, he worked as a salesperson all his life working in retail and roofing sales. Marko knew that whatever he was gonna do in life, he wanted to help people in some way because that’s how he was raised. He always puts everyone before himself. He’s not happy if they aren’t happy. Marko does whatever it takes in his power to make his clients happy and get them to their dream home.

He takes his time in finding his clients their right home because he believes being patient in finding your dream home is the best thing you can do because he understands this is gonna be one of their biggest purchases of their lives.

Marko believes that earning his clients trust all stems with him being transparent with them by making sure they know he’ll be there for them every step of the way through the process with them. Marko not only wants to help his clients find their dream home, but also create long lasting friendships with them.
